Welcome to Pleasant Knoll Middle School!
It is with great excitement that I welcome you to our Knighthawk family. Over the past three years, Pleasant Knoll Middle School has been such a blessing to my life. This school has become my home, and I have formed amazing relationships with our students, teachers, and parents that I do not take for granted. Together we have created an environment that focuses on high achievement and a positive school culture. I truly believe that each member of our PKMS family plays a key role in our students’ success, and I could not ask for a better school community to be a part of.
At Pleasant Knoll, our staff works hard to provide our students with the necessary skills to make a smooth transition from elementary school and on to high school. We embrace the changes throughout the middle school years and help our students grow and learn in an ever-changing world. Our motto here at PKMS is that “ Every day is an opportunity…”; an opportunity to be kind, work hard, learn something new, to be thoughtful, connect with someone, have fun, and so much more. We take pride in building meaningful relationships and delivering high quality, 21st-century instruction so that our students are prepared to achieve all of their future goals.
I know that right now we are facing many challenges and unknowns; however, I have no doubt that our Knighthawk team will come together to provide the best and safest educational experience for our students. No matter where our students are learning from, each and every one of them will always be a Knighthawk. I hope you all are enjoying time with family and staying healthy. As always, thank you for your continuous support and positivity. I appreciate each and every one of you.
